How to Get a Legal Entity Verifiable ID / Request Verification

Determine Your Verification Partner

Depending on your company’s location, you need to request verification from the appropriate partner:

• Bulgarian Companies → Verification is handled by BIA (Bulgarian Industry Association).
• Companies from Other Countries → Verification is provided by FundingBox.

Submit a Verification Request

If Your Company is Based in Bulgaria (BIA)

1. Visit the BIA Verification Portal (insert link here).
2. Fill out the Legal Entity Verification Form.
3. Upload the required company documents (e.g., business registration certificate, tax ID, proof of address).
4. Submit your request and wait for approval.
5. Once approved, BIA will issue a Legal Entity Verifiable ID credential.

If Your Company is Outside Bulgaria (FundingBox)

1. Visit the FundingBox Verification Portal (insert link here).
2. Complete the KYB (Know Your Business) Verification Form.
3. Provide the necessary documents (e.g., business registration, incorporation certificate, tax ID).
4. Submit your request for review.
5. Once verified, FundingBox will issue your Legal Entity Verifiable ID.

Receive and Store Your Credential

Once your request is approved, you will receive a Legal Entity Verifiable ID. This credential can be stored in a holder wallet that supports verifiable credentials.
